Avi, one of our first and most dedicated member of the community has recently come out with a video that displays a nice set of skills and good editing. He has improved quite a bit since his beginnings and while there is still room for improvement he is always excelling his skills.
I can help but have to post this one, we all know why. A tribute to the king, the master of dance and a great talent who recently passed away. Also a very misfortune to know that the only secret weapon we had for surviving the zombies invasion is now not an option. What we will all do now?
Ozzi and Ryan will be at the Hawaii AcademyFriday the 20th, from 6pm to 8pm. We'll be there training and maybe going over somesome conditioning and training bases for anyone to try out. The gym offers a open mat session of $5hr. Donations to HIpk Acepted.

The last jam was a success, lots of fun, mud, sweat and wind!!!! The wind was crazy and was very fun to play with. We had about 10 or so people at this jam with a nice exposure to a lot of tourist who were losing their hats thanks to the awesome wind blasting up there.

Here at HIpk is our mission to make sure anyone interested in the discipline understand the importance of safety while approaching the practice of parkour.
It's been a while since we held our last seminar and we are itching for another one.
Seminar usually consist on a 3 to 4hrs training session where we go over the most fundamentals techniques of parkour as well as some exercises that will allow you to perform your techniques safety and efficiently while having a blast and building your strength.
You get to meet with other people who are also learning or have some experience, so that everyone can share and communicate what works best. While making new friends that you could train with at a later time.
This seminar would be welcoming anyone with any previous or un-existing physical background. Regardless of age, gender or fitness level. The seminar's cost is only $15 for the entire day. It will most likely be held at Kakaako Beach Park.
Now, here is where we need your help, we want to schedule another seminar soon, we only need 10 committed people to assist so that we can have a good session. We have created a POLL which you will find on the right side right above the APK banner. This poll will give us an idea of how much interest is on the Seminar and we can go from there.
