Who says you need a gym. With this drills you dont have excuse to conditoning your body anywhere any time. After all it is all about using your creative mind to play with your enviroment

Hang Shimmies

Hang shimmies are a great drill for your upper body and coordinations. Use your arms to traverse yourself across a ledge or a bar. 

Traverse Cat Grab

Very similar to a hang shimmy this is a great Parkour technique that will help you strengthen all your body emphasizing on upper body and core. 

Place yourself in a cat grab position, use our arms and legs to traverse yourself across. You can work on progression by just holding yourself in place and traverse as you gain power.

Waist Shimmies

This drill is great to develop lower and upper body coordination as well back, shoulders and forearms strength. Just support your upper body over the wall with your arms while your legs hang and traverse across. Lean your chest forward to remind balanced.
