The Hawai'i Academy is a private school for the advancement of lifetime fitness, gymnastics, and human sciences for students of ALL ages and abilities. The most visible service products are the development and management of educational and entertainment experiences -- edutainment. The Academy is organized similar to a University with departments, programs, and projects. Personnel consist of administrators, faculty, and staff, each with rank similar to most universities. In Honolulu, a single open-span warehouse building houses the majority of Hawaii operations. And the entire effort is driven by a set of quality initiatives.

The HA also posses all the equipment for you and/or your young ones to start on a safe environment.

This classes have been going for a while with over 20 students who have gone through some very effective and fun training. 

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 6pm to 7pm Ozzi and some of the HIpk crew will be teaching a beginner introductory parkour class.  Great opportunity for you and your friends or maybe children to get introduced to the bases, movement and conditioning exercises of parkour.

This class will go over the most basic and fundamental techniques, learning safety training methods and strengthening the body while learning new skills and having a good time.This class will also serve as an introductory class which will get you ready for a more challenging and fun intermediate class.
