Yesterday was the first day of the Hawaii Parkour CF Camp, we are happy to say that with over 10 participants this class was a hit.

Lots of QM's including HIpk's capture the flag. Some conditioning to introduce the students to some mild pain and finishing with an introductory session to landings. Eveyone seemed to have a good time and learn something new.

If you still want to sign up, there is time to do so, you have until thursday of this week to sign up and catch up with the classes.... So hurry up!
